As a criminal lawyer, Danielle has been involved in all aspects of criminal law trial practice in BC Provincial Court and BC Supreme Court. She has defended clients against all criminal charges, up to and including first degree murder, as well as a broad variety of sex offences. Danielle joined our Kamloops criminal law firm in 2019, after graduating from Thompson Rivers University, Faculty of Law in 2018, where she quickly built a reputation as a rising star, earning the prestigious Law Society of BC Gold Medal in 2018. After graduation, Danielle articled with a Kamloops law firm. Danielle also completed a judicial clerkship for five justices of the Supreme Court of BC.
