Experienced criminal defence lawyer
Lana has practised law for 15 years, working in Ontario, Nunavut and most recently, BC. Lana divides her working time between her criminal practice and her role as Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Law of Thompson Rivers University.
Lana has experience defending clients against all types of criminal charges, including serious sexual assaults, firearms offences, and homicides. Lana has done extensive trial work and has significant experience defending clients charged with serious indictable offences.

Lana is originally from Kamloops and is pleased to defend clients charged with criminal offences in and around her hometown.
After graduating from John Peterson Secondary School, Lana earned a degree in criminology at Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University. Following law school, she articled with a large criminal defence firm in Toronto and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008.
